As of the summer of 2021, I’ve “restarted” my business for the third time! lol

I began in 2018 with hand painted wood signs. As the business was really starting to ramp up, my husband and I lost our home and shop due to a tornado in May of 2019. We then spent 7 months rebuilding our home in the small town in Ohio that we grew up in.

By March of 2020, I was ready to dive back into business, bringing some scroll saw work & mosaic art into the mix. We all know about the pandemic … but oddly enough, it didn’t slow me down! If anything, it gave me the opportunity to pursue my business more on a full-time scale.

By March of 2021, I was really finding my groove. But something just had to sneak up on us I suppose lol.

We were approached by a realtor whom said someone wanted to buy our newly built home. We were shocked … however, selling the home & property was something we talked about since first buying the property in 2015. We’ve also always talked about moving away from our home town & wanted to start visiting places in 2021 that we felt we would want to move to. Florida was the only place we managed to see before March came around lol. My husband also got a job offer with his company, so that made it a bit easier to make the decision to move so spontaneously. And by June … we became Floridians (what a quick & crazy process lol).

We’ve been through quite a lot in just the last 2 years, but we are excited to be in Florida & to see what the future holds. I can’t wait to create custom art for you!
