Make sure to check SPAM & JUNK folders for your emails. They tend to get pushed there even after we’ve communicated back & forth a couple times!
How do I order?
I take custom orders via a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable and will go towards your final order total. One deposit = one piece of art.
Once you’ve purchased your deposit, I’ll reach out via email so we can start discussing your custom art! I’ll determine the remaining cost of your order once the details are finalized, and you’ll be able to checkout online with a custom listing that I send to you. Once you’ve paid the remaining balance, I will add your order to my running list of custom pieces.
Please try to be prompt in returning emails & paying the final invoice so I can complete your custom art as soon as possible for you!
** I will also be periodically releasing ‘collections’ of work for purchase (not customized). When I have a release coming up, you’ll find that date/time on Instagram & on the homepage of the website as well. **
What is the order turn around time?
The current turn around time is up to 8 weeks after the invoice has been paid (this does not include shipping time).
Can my order be rushed?
Yes! If you are needing your piece more quickly than my current turnaround time listed above, a rushed order fee can be applied. This fee is not a standard amount, and will be determined based on the quickness needed as well as the amount of work required for your custom piece.
I cannot guarantee that I will be able to accommodate a rushed order as it is completely dependent on your exact piece as well as the current timeline I have set for the other orders I have already taken.
Do I have to know exactly what I want?
No! We can absolutely work together to create a one-of-a-kind piece of art for you. Just have a general idea of the direction you want to go and/or inspiration pictures. You can email me at any time if you are looking for a price estimate before purchasing a deposit.
What if I decide not to move forward with my order / want a refund on my deposit?
Unfortunately, the deposit is non-refundable as I have likely spent time designing and/or emailing with you about your custom piece.
Do you offer returns / exchanges?
Because of the handmade and custom nature of the art, they cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have an issue with your order, please email the.honestead1@gmail.com so I can see what can be done!
